The support team consists of employees and volunteers who will take the time to answer your questions and explain things to you. The net is daunting until someone can translate the techo-speak into plain words. Often, our support services will match you up with a volunteer who will guide you.

Numerous times, these volunteers have stayed up until 5 or 6am in the morning, helping a new customer get their web sites up, or explaining different aspects of web hosting. Their limits know no bounds!
